Westpark provides a general service of commercial vehicles of LGV and HGV types. Our staff aim to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a detailed summary of each service report. Quality is the element to all aspects of our business, and our team srtives to serve clients in such a manner. In addition to trustworthy service, D.O.E. commercial vehicle testing, and a reliable parts service are available.

Parts

To exceed our customer expectations, Westpark operates a parts service which is reliant, friendly and efficient in ensuring that our products meet quality standards in performance. We carry a comprehensive range of parts to fit all Johnston and Madvac products, and specialised commercial parts to service fleets such as Ryder Ltd, as well as other public and private entities.

D.O.E Testing

We operate two separate DOE testing bays, one for heavy vehicles and one for light vehicles.

The light vehicle DOE test applies to all vans, light trucks and 4x4’s which can be driven on a modern car licence with a maximum gross vehicle weight of 3,500kgs. The heavy vehicle DOE test applies to all trucks, buses, etc. above 3,500kgs gross vehicle weight.

Our testing centre is customer friendly and every effort is made to ensure customer satisfaction. Our staff are knowledgeable and will answer any queries before and after the test. Our aim is to test vehicles fairly and assist the customer in getting a pass certificate. If a vehicle undergoing tests is found to be in need of repair work we are always pleased to quote for the work. Minor items can be rectified during trial.
